Please fill in the order form and we will contact you to arrange an appointment time at our dental surgery. An appointment takes 15 mins for dental impressions of your teeth. If you would like us to visit your club or school to take dental impressions please give our receptionist a call, we require a minimum of 10 orders to visit you. We require approx 1 week to manufacture the mouthguard, then the mouthguard will be ready to pick up or for a small charge we can courier the mouthguard to you.
